I am Sarmin Sultana, an Aquaculture and Fisheries professional with a strong academic background and practical experience in fish farming consultancy and agribusiness operations. I completed my Bachelor of Science in Fisheries (Honors) and Master of Science in Fisheries from Jessore University of Science and Technology, Bangladesh, achieving excellent academic results from the Department of Fisheries and Marine Biosciences.I began my professional career in AgroTech in September 2017 as an Assistant Agricultural Consultant and was promoted to Agricultural Consultant in October 2019, a position I continue to hold. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in aquaculture management, fish health monitoring, water quality assessment, feeding program optimization, and sustainable fish production practices. In my current role, I provide technical consultancy to fish farm management on breeding, harvesting, disease control, biosecurity measures, and operational improvements. I conduct regular farm inspections, analyze production data, and prepare technical reports to enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability. I also ensure compliance with aquaculture regulations, environmental standards, workplace safety, and food quality requirements. Alongside my technical responsibilities, I also manage office administration activities, including supervising staff, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and schedules, liaising with clients and suppliers, and supporting senior management in daily operations. Additionally, I conduct training and workshops for fish farmers to promote best practices in aquaculture.
